Trust has several dimensions, including: in ourselves, in others and from others in us.

For Leadership, we will focus on just three dimensions.

Trust in ourselves can be as simple as having confidence that we are doing the right thing.

Trust in others is where we allow them to do what is needed to the best of their abilities, with the resources at their disposal and in a time frame that is acceptable.

Trust from others in us is most important, and this is the “power” that gives us the ability to influence them to accomplish what is necessary for the team, the project and/or the community.
